Derek Minus is the former Commonwealth government Mediation Adviser and was responsible for managing disputes under various industry Codes of Conduct. As a barrister, accredited mediator and chartered arbitrator, he has the skills and experience to personally assist you with your dispute.
An accredited mediator since 1992, he has been a farm debt mediator for over 25 years. He has promoted better ways to manage the mediation process to the Department of Agriculture and major banks.
In 2014, he was the only mediator appointed to the Farm Debt Roundtable by the Minister, to discuss the establishment of a national Farm Debt mediation scheme.
